� Chairman of the Governing body, nominated by IST and approved by VC, DU
� 4 Representatives from the Ibn Sina Trust
� 1 Representative, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare
� 2 members nominated by Academic Council, DU
� Dean, Faculty of Medicine, DU
� 2 Teacher Representatives from ISMC
� 2 Guardian Representatives
� Principal, ISMC (Member Secretary)
